Gluten Free Week

This last Tuesday i started my experiment of going off Gluten.

It hasn't really been hard but I also haven't really noticed much of a difference.

I was really hoping my skin would clear up but it almost seems like its getting worse, which is discouraging. But I'm not giving up, and I'm going to give it a little bit more time. Atleast through this next week.

If anything it is helping me to not snack on anything and everything under the sun, so if for nothing else, that has been worth it.

Here are a few of the meals i made this week....all Gluten Free.

gluten free spaghetti with pesto, pine nuts and parmesan. Asparagus and a caprese salad.

French toast using Brown Rice Loaf instead of Bread, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs.

Grilled Cheese sandwich on brown rice loaf.

ALL DELICIOUS.

i wore these hot shoes to church today. they are like 5 inches and i loved it.

and my iPhone takes pretty good pictures of really pretty things.
I just love going to church here, right next door to the Sacramento Temple.

okay this makes me hungry. that all looked supppper good. did you make sure the syrup was gf?
when you go to trader joes just look for the "g" and blue agave is the best syrup to put on your food with flax seeds. yum!
so happy!
i hope more people catch onto their allergies so fast food gf places will start popping up!
