halloween Halloween HALLOWEEN!

Ok so tonight was the big Halloween party, which was pretty awesome last year.
This year, with my friend Lindsey and Meredith...we decided to be THE GOLDFISH.

we totally look like goldfish right? Please overlook my overkill of gold eye makeup.
Everyone thought that we were "bags of leaves" or "birds" WHAT?!?!

Cameron made an excellent MJ, Patrick was who knows what and Melissa was Bon Qui Qui

All in all, a good wholesome night o fun.

Seriously the goldfish were a hit to us, even if no one else knew what we were.


and then we met some totally hot guys at McDonalds on Wilshire, and seriously, love connections.
Maybe they were smokers, maybe they weren't? I dont know.
All i know is that i love Garret and he loves me too.

Back in LA Braindump

I'm back home in LA. Oh my gosh you have no idea how good it feels.

-I was greeted on Monday night by the LA temple as i drove into town to my new place.

Its weird coloring i'm guessing because its through a windshield and on an iPhone at night.
lethal combination.

-It's good to be back but a tad stressful as I get everything back on track.
All my stuff is in storage still...there is just too much to do so I dont know when I will be over there to get it all.
Halloween and homemade costumes are really throwing a wrench into my moving plans.
I'm on an air mattress but I would really LOVE to have my clothes and my tv and my crafting supplies...AND MY BED.
Oh did I mention I have a DVR in my room? GLORY GLORY

-On my way from Provo to LA I stopped for dinner in Vegas to visit the fam.

and looks so old and its so weird and i just want him to stay small and little.

-Hillary texted me on the drive to tell me the Taylor Swift album came out early on itunes
and i was passing Victorville and contemplated stopping at a McDonalds
for free wi-fi to download it.
Instead i waited until i got home and downloaded it
and its been on repeat since Monday night.
IN LOVE with it.

CHILLS.

-Best thing about my place. AIR CONDITIONING. And its always running. I think its probably like 65 degrees in here right now and you have no idea how happy that makes me.

-Old Navy all of a sudden just ressurected itself as my favorite store (i was obsessed ages 14-16)

zipper leggings (i got them on sale for 10 bucks, reg 14.50 still cheap)
and a Camper flannel (mine isn't that plaid but its the same shirt, on sale for 16, reg 24.50)
YOU GUYS ITS THE CUTEST OUTFIT.
Pair it with long hippy hair and ugg moccs or combat boots and im golden.
$26 outfit.
Can't beat it.

-Liquor store by my house carries Orangina in a bottle, BYE BYE Diet Coke.

-I got out of Utah in just the knick of time. As i was driving away it started snowing.
HAHAHA SUCKERS!
Today in LA i went on a walk in a short sleeved tshirt and leggings and it was perfectly nice.

-I love to say i'm a big fan of Northern California sports teams...i mean, i am.
They are my teams i grew up with, but get real.
i'm not going to sit down and watch a Giants game even if they are in the World Series.
Baseball on TV is always boring.
BUT I am really proud and wish I had a giants hat or something to wear
around for all these freaking nasty Dodger fans to roll their eyes at.
Give them a taste of their own medicine.
I just wish the Kings were good enough to EVER make it to the NBA Championships.
Never going to happen.
If it did, I would run around on the streets of LA dressed as the Lion in a Kings jersey.
I HATE YOU LAKER FANS.

-Friday Night Lights starts tonight.
I don't have Direct TV so i will be finding it online probably tomorrow.

No Tim Riggins is going to be pretty lame though.
Why did he have to go to jail for the last season!?!?!

-When i finally get everything moved in, you guys are going to love my room.
Well maybe not, i'm not really planning on changing anything.
Maybe I will just love it.
This room is way bigger than my last room and its so clean and nice and
ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS MY BED.

-Oh yeah, I'm going to be a goldfish for Halloween.

Went down to Springville tonight for dinner at the Trolley
with some of my favorite people in Provo.


I'm really excited to get back to LA and my life and MY BED, but I'm going to miss these guys.

so tomorrow before i start packing up and shipping out,
we are meeting again for lunch and pedicures.
Not just Lindsay and I, Michael too.
I hope he paints his toenails.

Sister Wives Tour

You can't be THISCLOSE to Lehi, Utah and not even try to track down the Sister Wives house.
Cal and I decided that today was the day.
After googling the address (951 W 1220 N) we headed up to the Polyghouse.

About 2 seconds after this picture was taken they sent out two huge ass dogs to deter us.
Didn't work.



There was another car of girls that were doing the same thing so that made us feel less voyeuristic.

After the house stalk, we went to lunch at Flour Girls & Dough Boys, where we were greeted with this sign.


Hilarious.

I'm still pissed that i didn't spot Kody and his fluffy hair.
The other group of girls spotted Christine while I was taking my picture, DAMN.

Do I Have a Heart?

I never used to cry at anything on TV.
I thought it was so weird that people would be blubbering idiots at commercials.
Seriously, i was like "who are these weirdys?"
I remember going to see Titanic with my friends in Jr high,
and keeping my eyes open on purpose just so they were produce extra tears....
so i wouldn't look heartless while all my friends were crying.

I cried like an idiot.
Like a real, live, idiot.
It wasn't because i thought it was awesome dancing or a great story line.
I dont even know why it was so touching to me. It just totally made me cry.

I mean, I'm growing up.
I cry every time I see Khloe and Lamars wedding on E!
and I did totally sob through the entire movie My Sisters Keeper.

Nene, the back fat....i mean, SICK.

-I went to Costa Vida the other day. It used to be my favorite when compared to Cafe Rio.
This time i got a small pork salad and the pork in it was like CHUNK CITY.
It was like huge chunks of pork. It made me want to throw it away but instead i just ate all
of the chips off the top and left hungry.

-It looks like it may be 3 more weeks till LA.
I just want to sleep in my bed.

Other than not having my bed, I'm ok in Utah.
I do miss all my darling friends though.

I've seen it twice now.

First, do you remember this kid?
Hes from Radio Flyer, Jurrassic Park, Simon Birch and River Wild.
Now he is grown up (mainly his nose grew) and in the Social Network.
It was freaking me out the whole time.

I have mentioned before my LOVE of Mark Ruffallo.
Well his ethnic twin is in this movie. He is pretty hot and younger so I think I will add him to my Celebrity Crush list.

-On Saturday night, my friend Lindsay gave me tickets to her company party.
It was Nitro Circus and free all you can eat JDawgs so I was obviously loving it.

I would say that I was never really into motocross before, but now all i want is a Motocross husband.
Preferably Travis Pastrana.

Halloween Costume Dilemma

Alright folks. Halloween is fast approaching.
If I can't come up with a good costume, I won't have one.
Its all or nothing with me.

Because if its October 31st and i have to rummage through my clothes to come up
with something like this.....
I will be pissed.
Dorothy? really!? thats the best I could come up with?
Embarrassing.

One year I did Tetris with my friends.it was clever.
A party while wearing a box though...not really something I would sign up for again.

Last year was the best.
The day before Halloween I found this precious little lamb girl.So on Saturday morning, a few of my friends and I got to creating an adult version.
Not like an X rated adult version, but you know, like bigger so adults could wear it.
(I've never really been into the slutty halloween costumes,
however the dorothy looks like I was trying to be a sexy mormon dorothy. sad)
well, it was a success and there was a little herd of little lambs that migrated from LA to HB.
We sort of left a trail of batting everywhere we went too. Ooops.

I don't know what to do this year? Any ideas?

Today i got really really curious what pictures i have on there, wanting to get them off and add them to my iPhoto.

Turns out, i dont know the password to my account, but Natalie saved the day.
She is still junky enough to have a MySpace, and I was friends with her on there,
so it all worked out.

So i guess the debate of which parent he looks like is now over.
