This year for New Years Eve I got to decorate for a friends dinner party
my friend peter took the photos for me, and he sent me this one with the typeface on it, and it made me laugh.
then we headed down to San Diego where we danced all night, then went to a friends house and hung out where i convinced my pal Todd to take off his jewelry and let me wear it (that's really ALL his...13 bangles and 4 rings)
and then headed to the classy Motel 6 (so disgusting, I couldnt sleep)
the next day, after a stop in Coronado for breakfast and La Jolla for shopping, we stopped at the new Cafe Rio in Lake Forest
where we ran into a few of our friends...one being Mr Monti Smith, who happened to have a LIVE snake in his sweatshirt. NOT KIDDING.
see the snake? sooooo sick.
Happy New Year! It was seriously a blast, so many weird crazy things...but so great.

We went to Cafe Rio yesterday. I saw about 20 people I've wondered about (how they're doing) for the last 5-10 years. Cafe Rio is a prayer-answering medium.
And delish.
hah on the topic of weird things and snakes...we stopped by this teeny middle of nowhere gas station on the way home to my house (in idaho) and there is a sign on the door that says "enter cautiously, baby rattlers inside."
haha like they really had baby rattle snakes caged inside!! seriously weird.
Todd as in Todd Petersen? I love all of his jewelry. You and I need to chat, because I bet now you are friends with a lot of my old LA friends that I miss!
