I am officially living alone in Euless, TX. Boooo. It is HOT, and HUMID, and i am disabled for the time being without a car. No friends, no car, in a foreign town...it pretty much sucks. I am lucky to have the companionship of a few good books...but other than that i have nothing to report. I slept in until noon today, not because i needed the sleep, cause i most defenitely sprung out of bed at 8:15...but i forced myself to sleep because WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? I have no computer in my apartment, or a TV...but i do have a cable hookup and a router just laughing at me...sitting there on my floor.
Here is the good news...FREE AIR CONDITIONING. So you better believe that my apartment is a cool, dry 65 degrees.
(and when i say DRY i mean not the bathroom, because i have no shower curtain so it gets pretty wet in there...again this is when a car would be nice)

So the apartment isn't even furnished? How did you post on your blog with no computer? When do you start working?
the apartment is furnished. It has a bed. and a couch. and a table. My office, which is in another apartment has a computer...but no table, or couch...its really cool. NOT.
also, i started working yesterday, duh. Right when i got here.
Why are you in Texas? I think more information is needed.
Dallas is a cool city... if you don't have to take public transportation. Euless? Sounds.. fun
